I'm Here!!

I have been so absent from the world of blogging! I finally feel inspired enough to begin writing again and posting.

My life the past year has been full of trials and adventures on the new homestead. Sadly more trials than adventures. But you all know, life as a mother and wife is always hectic. The Sweet and Easy Farm does not always live up to its name. I will say the scenery here is just beautiful. But the people are not warm and fuzzy, so I have had alto of time to think. It is beautiful but very lonely!! I always find myself thinking of all the women from the past century and how hard the life must have been. We are truly blessed to live in this day and age with all the modern convenience's but with every ones busy schedules I'm sure it can be just as lonely.

You all know, we have been remodeling our farm house, so when money and time allows that is what we have been doing for the past year. This place has been so much work. I could have never dreamed at how much work this place would become. Slowly but surely it is turning into the most beautiful place. I just hope I can stay sane while doing it!
